300gram udang arimau or udang besar
120gram susu cair
80gram marjerin
5gram oat
minyak masak-nk msk udang separuh msk
daun kari-diracik halus
cili padi-potong
gula-scukup rasa
tepung-salut pd udang b4 nk msk

CARA2:
panas kuali n cair marjerin
msk daun kari n cili dlm marjerin
tuang susu cair n msk kn gula n kcu kjp
biar mendidih b4 msk udang yg digreng sparuh msk td
jgn msk udang lama2
tabur oat ats udang

SPAGETI LALA

BAHAN
100gram spageti
30gram udang
50gram sotong (direbus)

BAHAN TUMIS
20gram lada hijau
10gram bawang putih
50gram rempah (oregano)
120gram tomato
10 sudu sos
garam n gula secukup rasa

mula2 rebus spageti di dlm air slama 20 min. kmudian, tumis bhn yg dikisar spt lada hijau, bawang putih, rempah (oregano). pas2 msk ckit garam bla spageti mulai msk. pas2 rebus lala,sotong n udang secara brasingan slama 8 or 10 min sblm diangkat dan diasingkan. pas2 cmpur ketiga2 lauk bkenaan dlm sos sblm kacau hingga sebati. mskkan spageti ke dlm mangkuk sos n lauk td. last, hiris tomato n ltakkan di ats spageti bsama bwg kering.

3 large eggs, room temperature
3 tablespoons milk, room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (150 grams) sifted cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar
13 tablespoons (185 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C) and place rack in center of oven. Butter or spray with a non stick vegetable spray, a 9 x 5 x 3 inch (23 x 13 x 8 cm) loaf pan. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper and butter the paper.

In a medium bowl lightly combine the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar) and mix on low speed for about 30 seconds or until blended. Add the butter and half of the egg mixture. Mix on low speed until the dry ingredients are moistened. Increase the mixer speed to medium and beat for about one minute to aerate and develop the cake's structure. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Gradually add the remaining egg mixture, in 2 additions, beating about 30 seconds after each addition to incorporate the egg and strengthen the cake's structure.

Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon. Bake for about 55 to 65 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If you find the cake browning too much as it bakes, cover with a piece of lightly buttered aluminum foil after about 30 minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and cool completely on a lightly buttered wire rack.

milan need to invest

it really shame Berlusconi always put blame on coach when the result get wrong in the end. i think it because milan did not invest on new player anymore with fresh blood and the idea to play creatively.. other team know very well how milan play, and we get bad result when our ronaldinho lost his creativity on the field. our striker do the good job this season..but the midfield just so horrible.. ambro, gattuso, the senator seedorf their time has pass this kind of player we need to replace..when we face the opponent with the hight tempo of the game we completely "rubbish"..

it make me so sad..i have been milan fan since 9 y.o..now i saw milan it realy hurt me..againt man utd 3 time goal same as 3 time shot on my chest..berlusconi say he love milan but how he saw that and do nothing to make it different. In january milan bought mancini from inter..and really upset about this. The sytle of leo system play is needed are fast, strong, and creative midfielder. Just see inter, their trident midfielder especially defensive midfielder can control the ball perfectly and young but ambro or gattuso just know to tackle the ball rather then dribbling and create a move for the team. Cambiasso and motta played really well this season , they perform a solid rock wall at middle of the pitch, just see how can 8 inter player beat milan in the milan derby this season.. how fletcher outcast ambrosini and milan midfield in the CL..

the defender..jankulovski, favalli. zambrotta, oddo what galliani think these player can bring milan trophies they did not help the team but put the burden in the team. Milan pay them but for nothing. I always put the history in my memory but i do...really really want too see this great team can shine and conquer the world again....
